Special Session for Friends of Conflict Lab

Conflict Lab is an experiential class and this one-day session is based on a 10-week class taught at UC Berkeley. During our time together, you’ll learn to be more skilled in handling conflict, demonstrated by comfort and confidence. Part of this will be to reframe conflict as an opportunity to build trust, rather than something to be avoided. You’ll learn a framework for managing conflict at work and in your personal life. We’ll also roleplay scenarios relevant to you.
